British Army men win exhibition match against RAF during Inter Services competition

The British Army men have beaten the RAF in an exhibition match at the Inter Services netball championships at RAF Cosford.

Taking an early lead, the Army men maintained their advantage as the game progressed.

The Royal Air Force are arguably the more technically gifted side, but the Army’s level of flair and ingenuity gave them a competitive and ultimately successful edge.

Each quarter moved them closer to the finish line as they complete a trio of wins in this Inter Services fixture.

The final score was 40-25 and man of the match was awarded to the Army defender Apisai Sausaubitu.
