Prince Harry Offers Final Words Of Wisdom To Invictus Team UK

Prince Harry has been meeting athletes participating at the Invictus Games, as the first sporting action of 2017 took place in Toronto.

He was visiting the city's Pan Am Sports Centre, where he met competitors from across the 17 nations taking part.

During his visit, the Prince spoke to the UK swimming team during their session in the pool, including the Forces Media Academy's Poppy Pawsey, whom the Prince was seen giving a quick pep talk:

He also met up with the 2016 bronze medalists, the Georgian sitting volleyball side, who once again will have British coach Rich Osborne among their ranks.

Before flying out to Canada, Rich told Forces News he has hopes his adopted nation will win a gold medal in Toronto.

Prince Harry's visit to the Pan Am took place during the first of two days preliminary training for athletes, before the Games are launched with the opening ceremony on Saturday evening, at the Air Canada Centre.
