Army rugby league's unbeaten run ends in 2026 Championship South final defeat

The British Army women's rugby league team have been beaten in the 2026 Southern Championship cup final.
They lost 54-12 to a well-drilled Bristol Golden Ferns team at St Mary's University in Twickenham.
The Army were the champions in 2025 and hoped to go two years unbeaten in the tournament, but the defeat ends that impressive run.
