British Army men's 7's team beat Royal Navy on way to winning LiT7s

The British Army men's 7's rugby union team have won the London International Tournament at Wasps FC.

On their way to victory, the Army beat the Navy 26-10 in an all-military clash.

They beat Hong Kong 31-21 in an exciting final to win the main competition.

The Navy reached the quarter-finals but a 12-9 defeat to Wild Dogs 7s ended their 7's season.

Elsewhere, the Army women had a difficult day with a few defeats, but said on social media that there was "plenty of valuable lessons, growth and experience gained".
