The first match day of 2024 sees the Navy host the RAF in men's and women's action on 20 April.

In a change to the usual schedule, this year's Army v Navy event at Twickenham Stadium takes place as the second fixture in the tournaments on 4 May.
The final round of matches will take place at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester as the Army and the RAF battle for pride and glory.
Every kick, tackle and try from all six men's and women's matches will be shown live on the Forces News YouTube channel with catch-up available on BFBS TV (for serving personnel only).
