Armed Forces take to the skies in rehearsals for Coronation Day flypast over London
Watch: Armed Forces aircraft take to the skies for King's coronation flypast rehearsal.
Aircraft from across the UK Armed Forces flew over RAF College Cranwell in a rehearsal for King Charles III's coronation flypast.
The flypast will take place over Buckingham Palace on Coronation Day, Saturday 6 May 2023.
More than 30 aircraft representing the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force took to the skies to practise the formations which will form part of the coronation celebrations.
The full flypast will see more than 60 aircraft, including the iconic Red Arrows and historic Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, put on a spectacular show over London, a six-minute display fit for a king.
Nearly 400 Armed Forces personnel from at least 35 Commonwealth countries will also be on parade to mark the historic moment.
