How military medics could train to save lives on the battlefield using virtual reality

Watch: Virtual reality could be used to train military personnel in real world scenarios.

A virtual reality (VR) training program could be used to help medical personnel in the British Army prepare for the real world.

Created by SIMX, the simulator can help operators prepare for real-world scenarios which cannot ordinarily be prepared for.

The Royal Air Force (RAF) is in discussions with the company to use the technology for the training of medical personnel.
