Challenger 2 Driver Training Tank caught on film crashing into barrier at speed
Footage has been shared on social media that shows a training tank that's used to help personnel learn how to operate a Challenger 2 crashing into what appears to be a makeshift barrier.
Driver Training Tanks (DTTs) are used to train and instruct troops on how to drive the main battle tank.
But the footage shared by the X account Military Banter shows a DTT speeding into a corner before clattering into a number of obstacles.

The tracked vehicle is filmed skidding around the corner with the back end of the tank hitting the obstacles before the tank slowly comes to a halt.
The incident is believed to have happened at Bovington camp.
A number of comments under the post poked fun at the incident, including one which read: "Don't worry we have the REME – don't need the RAC or AA."
Another said "extra duties this weekend for someone", while another user on X said it was the "commander's fault, can't blame the driver".
As well as the British Army, DTTs have been used to help Ukrainians learn how to use the British Army's main battle tank.
The DTT sees the turret replaced by a fixed cockpit which can take the instructor and up to four trainees.
