From converted Black Hawks to Chinook lookalikes, the era of the uncrewed helicopter is here.

The United States, the UK and China are all investing in a mix of semi- or fully autonomous rotary wing aircraft.

Sikorsky has the Black Hawk and U-Hawk, optionally piloted and fully autonomous respectively, while Leonardo's Proteus and China's T1400 tandem rotor helicopter are also uncrewed.
