Campaign launched to bring 'Spitfires of the Sea' memorial to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
A fundraising drive has been launched to install a new memorial in Portsmouth honouring the Royal Navy's wartime Coastal Forces
Xenia Zubova is a multilingual journalist covering global defence and security, with an interest in Ukraine, the environment and LGBTQ+ issues. She speaks four languages and has a master's degree in International Conflict. Her reporting has ranged from interviewing Second World War veterans at D-Day anniversary events in Normandy, to speaking with Ukrainian female soldiers, hackers and medics on the frontline of a modern war.
