Pegasus Company's 10-peak challenge to raise funds for two-year-old diagnosed with cancer
A team from Pegasus Company is taking on a 10-peak challenge to raise funds for life-saving treatment for the daughter of one of their own.
Two-year-old Rosie Spence has a rare and aggressive cancer called Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumour, or ATRT, which has only a 32.2% survival rate.
Her family hope experimental treatment only available in America can help Rosie.
Her father, Paratrooper Ryan Spence, serves with 3 Para.
His Para friends currently serving in Pegasus Company, the training and selection team based at the Infantry Training Centre in Catterick, are raising funds to help the family.
A team is attempting to scale the 10 highest peaks in the Brecon Beacons in 24 hours, while carrying 40lbs backpacks, today.
