
British Soldiers Charged In Relation To Alleged Sexual Assault

Six British soldiers have been charged in relation to an alleged sexual assault which took place in March of this year.
Four of the troops have been charged with "disgraceful conduct of an indecent kind".
Two of the soldiers have been charged with "failing to perform a duty" and two charged with "misconduct through alcohol".
Charges were issued by the Service Prosecution Authority.
Dates for an initial hearing or court-martial have not yet been set.
An Army spokesperson said: “We can confirm that six soldiers have been charged in relation to an alleged sexual assault that took place in March this year."
A review into bullying and harassment in the British military was commissioned in April, shortly after allegations were made against six soldiers.
