Recruits' Revenge Ahead Of Twickenham Forces Rugby Clash
It isn't every day that Royal Navy recruits get to have their revenge on their physical trainers.
But, thanks to the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity's Twickenham 100 challenge, that has now changed.
With the 100th Army-Navy rugby game just a few weeks away, the charity challenges for the Road to Twickenham have already begun.
One challenge is focused on something dreaded by Navy recruits all over - the rope climb.
Recruits at HMS Raleigh are expected to complete three climbs by the end of phase one of their training.

Now, Raleigh's recruits have got their own back on one PT instructor by challenging him to complete 250 rope climbs in just one day.
Physical trainer Matthew Jones says:
"It takes me back to when I was on the physical trainer course, but it comes back to you after three or four rope climbs. It's very exhausting but it's all for a good cause."
So far he's done six, so just 244 to go!
