Human Remains Recovered From US Crash Site In Afghanistan

American forces have recovered the remains of two personnel from the site where a military aircraft crashed.

The US Bombardier E-11A crashed in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan on Monday.

What is assessed to be the aircraft flight data recorder was also recovered on Tuesday by the US.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, but there are no indications the crash was caused by enemy fire.

US forces destroyed the remnants of the aircraft.

The names of the victims have not been disclosed yet.
