Royal Navy team carries out controlled explosion of WW2 bomb

A Royal Navy team has carried out a controlled explosion of a Second World War bomb found near tracks in Hampshire, the Navy has said.
Trains were delayed on Friday after Hampshire Constabulary said it received a report about the ordnance at a construction site in Netley at 10am.
A 100-metre cordon was put in place "as a precaution".
Network Rail released an image showing the bomb in the bucket of an excavator.
An Explosive Ordnance Disposal team was deployed - the Royal Navy's Southern Diving Unit 2 based in Portsmouth, the Royal Navy said.
A Navy spokesperson said: "Members of the Royal Navy Southern Diving Unit 2, based in Portsmouth, were called to a building site in Netley this morning and completed a controlled explosion of some ordnance on site."
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary and British Transport Police also attended.
The find comes after four people were injured, including one seriously, when a Second World War bomb exploded on a railway construction site near the main station in Munich, Germany, on Wednesday
