The Failing School Turned Around By Hiring Veterans

A Portsmouth school at the bottom of the league tables has turned itself around by hiring ex-military personnel. The Charter Academy, a secondary state school, is now the top performing school in the city.

It's proved so successful it's opening a sixth form later this year. Our Welfare Reporter Victoria Smith has been investigating.
