Forces Couple Beat 'Iron Man' Race With a Romantic Finale

A group of wounded servicemen, women and veterans from Help for Heroes recovery centres across the country have completed an 'Ironman'.

The super triathlon, consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle followed by a full marathon, is testing enough for the able bodied!

However, members of 'Team True Spirit' are recovering from various conditions including PTSD, physical injuries and brain trauma.
