Hammond: Afghan Forces Need British Support

Defence Secretary Philip Hammond spoke to our reporter James Hirst while visiting British troops in Afghanistan.

He discusses the ongoing importance of British Armed Forces in the region, the future of the Afghanistan military and the region as a whole. 

He also talks about the drawdown that is currently taking place and how it will be managed.
