Have You Been Affected by Hearing Loss After Serving in the Military?
The Royal British Legion has called on the Government to do more to support members of the Armed Forces and veterans with hearing problems caused by military service.
The legion says that UK veterans under the age of 75 are three and a half times more likely than the general population to report difficulty in hearing.
In their report 'Lost Voices', released today, the charity makes several recommendations for improvement.
One of those is to invest in the 'Earshot Centre' – a new centre of research and clinical expertise.
