34 Field Hospital have been rehearsing the early steps of erecting their field hospital. They must be able to put up a fully operational hospital in just 16 hours.
However, to make this happen they must start with the absolute basics, in other words learning how to put up tents.
34 Field Hospital describe their mission as "to deliver deployed hospital care in order to maximize operational capability."
In a few weeks time, the army medics will be flying 38,000 kilos of field hospital out to Jordan and assembling these same tents on a very different surface.
