ISIS Militants Attack Iraq's Largest Oil Refinery

ISIS militants have attacked Iraq's Beiji plant, the largest oil refinery in the country. It's located 155 miles north of Baghdad and accounts for more than a quarter of the country's refining capacity.

There have been reports of civilians arming themselves, rising costs for food and fuel and lengthy queues in the capital. The militants have vowed to march on the capital.
