League of the Righteous Apologise For 2007 British Death

The man leading a Shia militant group that kidnapped a British IT expert in Iraq in 2007 and killed his four bodyguards has apologised. 
 
But Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, the leader of League of the Righteous said the UK was to blame for the tragedy.
 
Peter Moore, who was released after 2 and a half years was the only person to survive the ordeal.
