This week Forces TV is looking at the effects of heavy drinking on members of the forces and their families.
A new campaign, Alcohol Awarenes Week, is underway to help get the message across about not overindulging when drinking.
Amy Matthews spoke to Lieutenant Colonel David Willey about the campaign and she started by asking where the idea for it came from.
