Military Enter Great British Pie Awards for the First Time
Pie experts from far and wide have gathered at Melton Mowbray for the Great British Pie Awards.
Whilst in the past only pies available in shops have been eligible for the contest, this year the rules were relaxed - allowing military chefs to take part.
There were entries based on a famous First World War Pigeon alongside less historical beef-based creations.
Our reporter Hannah King went along to sample some of the entries.
