NATO Not Prepared For An Attack From Russia
The Commons Defence Committee has warned that NATO is not prepared for an attack from Russia.
The committee also said the threshold for what could be considered an act of war should be raised.
The MPs say it should include actions by irregular militias, as seen in Ukraine.
