NATO's Secretary General Warns It's Time To Halt Defence Cuts
The NATO Secretary General has confirmed a new build of troops on the Russian - Ukraine border and warned members of the alliance “it’s time” to end defence cuts.
Anders Fogh Rasmussen was giving a keynote speech in London.
It came ahead of meetings with the Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary.
