Navy Victorious at Joint Caterer

Military chefs from across the three services battled it out to be crowned champion on the final day of Exercise Joint Caterer at Defence Academy, Shrivenham. The Royal Navy took the crown, the first time in 14 years at an enthralling finale at the Defence Academy, winning Best Overall.

Now in its 14th year, Exercise Joint Caterer 2014 drew to a close yesterday. The annual flagship event is the only catering competition within the military; chefs and supporting caterers of the Army, Navy and RAF compete in a wide range of classes, giving them the chance to show off their skills with a wide number of competitions designed to showcase their creativity, style and timing.
