Tough Safety Tests For Artillery In Germany
The Royal Artillery has introduced new safety rules to reduce the risk of its big guns misfiring.
Continuous use of huge gun barrels can overheat them and cause rounds to explode prematurely.
The first unit to test the new safety regime was 26 Regiment Royal Artillery, while on exercise in South Germany.
