US Defence Secretary Defends Hostage Rescue Process

US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel has defended the failed attempt to rescue British-born hostage Luke Somers, who was killed during the operation to free him in Yemen last week, and says there will be no change in operations to free American hostages held by militant groups.
