Marines Prepare for Biggest Musical Performance in Decades
The massed bands of Her Majesty's Royal Marines are tuning up to give their biggest performance in decades. Every other year the five bands perform Beating Retreat on Horseguards Parade in London.
This year's event will be held in early June and will trumpet the 350th anniversary of the Royal Marines.
Not only that, but the man in charge of the marching is overseeing his final engagement as Corps Drum Major.
