Skills Centre At Portsmouth Naval Base Reopens
The Skills Development Centre at Portsmouth Naval base officially re-opened today following a 2.4 million pound investment by BAE systems.
As well as providing on-site training to Naval Base employees, it also nurtures talent and skills amongst apprentices.
