Liverpool FC Put Through Their Paces At RAF Cosford
The Liverpool youth team experienced training with a twist at RAF Cosford.
These footballers are more skilled than your average Sunday side that's for sure, but their shooting skills are better on the pitch than the range.
Academy footballers are often scouted at a young age and unfortunately a lot of hopefuls fail to make it as professional footballers.

RAF Cosford gave these footballers the opportunity to see what career paths are out there if the football dream doesn't work out and the traditional 9 to 5 isn't for them.
As well as learning about weapons they also gave combat zone training and observation work a go.
They even got the chance to experience cooking and eating ration packs!
