RAF Lay Down Marker With Victory Over French
Both the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force have played matches against their French counterparts.
The RAF laid down a marker ahead of their defence of the inter-services championships, with a comprehensive 36-0 win over the French Air Force at RAF Halton - see above for a full match report and highlights.
The Navy weren't as successful, however, going down 28-6 to the Marine Nationale in Toulon in a match marred by a mass brawl.
