RAF Musicians Shine At Medieval Castle In Cyprus
Musicians from The Band of the Royal Air Force Regiment have been in Cyprus for the past few weeks entertaining military and civilian audiences across the island.
And they have just finished their tour with a concert in a spectacular setting.

- The Band of the Royal Air Force Regiment was formed in 1942
- It was originally called the RAF Coastal Command Band until it relocated to Grantham
- The Band of the RAF Regiment was based at Catterick from 1946 until the closure of the station in 1994
- The band has released many albums with plans to release another one this year
- The musicians are required to support key operational roles in places like Afghanistan & the Falkland Islands
