SAS Hunt Islamic State Militants Killing 200
SAS soldiers have used quad bikes to lead a series of ambushes on Islamic State militants in Iraq with 200 extremists killed to date. The Mail on Sunday reports that the soldiers are dropped into Islamic State territory by RAF Chinook helicopters and then hunt targets identified by drones. The strikes are intended to degrade Islamic State's fighting capability and according to an SAS source "put the fear of God into them."
The quad bikes are fitted with machine guns and are used to devastating effect with the element of surprise.
