Female British Medic Released From Hospital After Ebola All-Clear
A British female medic in the Army Reserve who tested positive for Ebola has been released from hospital after being declared free of virus.
Anna Cross was treated at the Royal Free Hospital in London, where she became the first person in the world to be given the experimental Ebola drug MIL 77 after choosing to do so.
Corporal Cross caught the virus while working as a nurse in Sierra Leone, becoming the third Briton to test positive for the virus.
She was evacuated back to the UK by the RAF on March 12, and said it's thanks to medical staff that she is alive.
