Invictus Wheelchair Rugby Team: 'Silver's Not Good Enough'
One of the most popular events at the inaugural Invictus Games in London two years ago was wheelchair rugby.
Thousands crammed into the Copper Box on the Olympic Park to cheer on the teams with the UK Armed Forces side claiming gold in a thrilling final against the United States.
This year's team are determined to hang onto the title and are preparing in Birmingham for the games in Orlando.
Former Army Lance Corporal Paul Nichol was a wheelchair basketball player and coach before he made the move to rugby. He knows the pressure is on the team.
"We will come back with the gold. As one of the lads said, if we don't (win gold) we're all giving our silvers to the kids because they're not good enough."
Among the other members of the team is another former Lance Corporal, Michael ‘Smurf’ Matthews. He will also be competing in cycling.
"I used to cycle and play rugby before injury so it was good to find adaptive sport. That's helped me back into normality."
Forces TV is available on Sky 264, Virgin 277 and Freesat 652.
