Op Gritrock Personnel March On Parliament

Armed Forces and civilian personnel who worked to tackle Ebola in Sierra Leone have marched to parliament for a reception in their honour.
 
The parade for 'Op Gritrock' saw Soldiers, Sailors and Aircrew joined by volunteers and government workers from the Department for International Development.
 
The UK spearheaded the international response to the ebola epidemic in the west African country, spending £427 million.
 
That money has helped to fund 4000 frontline staff and provided three labs for tests to be carried out.
 
The man who commanded the British military task force helping fight Ebola in Sierra Leone, has praised the bravery of those who worked under him.
