Army Warm Up For Inter-Services T20 With Victory In Aldershot
The Army has warmed up for this week's inter-services Twenty20 cricket tournament with an eight-wicket victory over a Hampshire XI at Aldershot.
Brannon Varley scored 72, with Ian Dixon adding 55 for the defending champions, ahead of the annual competition this Thursday at Lord's.
It's the eighth successive year services cricket has been hosted by Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) at Lord’s, and the sixth year running for the Inter Services Twenty20 Tournament.
