British Army water polo sit third in division after first loss of Conference Championship season

The men's British Army water polo team sit third in the Conference Championship Division 1 after a mixed weekend in Borehamwood.
Two hard-fought wins over Watford Saxons and Colchester were a strong return for the military side.
However, defeat to Otter means the Army sit third - but on the same amount of points as the teams above.

Against Watford Saxons, the Army were pushed all the way, but a six-goal haul from Callum Bailey helped them to a dramatic 17-16 win.
That meant the Army have won all three games in the competition so far, but that momentum was stalled by Otter, who ran out 16-10 winners, despite Dylan Macvicar scoring five times for the Army.
The Armed Forces team bounced back in their final match of the weekend as Bailey (8), Macvicar (4) and Morgan Wells (4) were all in goal-scoring mood in a 21-12 triumph over Colchester.
Rotherham Metro sit top of the division with Coventry in second, but the Army join them on 12 points and are only off the pace due to goal difference.
A key match for the Army comes next in the competition as they take on Rotherham Metro at the Alan Higgs Centre, Coventry on 28 March.
