Royal Navy women prepare for Inter Services battle against Royal Air Force
Following a terrific 1-0 victory against the British Army in Havant, the Royal Navy women will once again play for the Inter Services title against the Royal Air Force.
The Navy will have a challenge on their hands with the RAF looking to continue the dominance that they've carried over the last three years.
Royal Navy women's head coach Chief Petty Officer Glenn Long told Forces Sport that he expects the RAF are "going to be strong" against the Navy.
He said: "We've got to take the lessons and the positives from the Army game and put them into the RAF game.
"I think the RAF are still going to be strong, but we've got a game plan for both games and if the players stick to that game plan, I am pretty sure and confident that we will come off with positive results."
The Navy and the RAF will play for the Inter Services trophy at the Paul Hall Stadium in Oswestry on 20 March.
