Lord's Prayers For Good Weather On T20 Day

By their own standards the Army haven't had the best of build-ups to Lord's this Thursday.

They defeated the UK Fire Service at the beginning of last week but suffered a huge defeat at the hands of Hampshire's young side.

For all the players, the chance to step out on the hallowed turf and represent their service is a great honour:

Expect the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy to be up for the fight - they have both experienced what it means to win at Lord's and they have the players to do it.

The Army will be favourites, though, to make it five on the spin. Let's hope the weather doesn't have the final say.
