How To Watch Armed Forces E-Racing LIVE!

Forces racing drivers are stepping into the eSports world and you can watch all the action LIVE with us.

Rounds 3 and 4 of the Armed Forces eRacing championship will be broadcast on the Forces News Facebook page on Wednesday, 24 March at 7:55pm GMT.

The first two rounds took place last week at the simulated track of Donington Park.

Prior to that race, RAF racer Flight Sergeant Chris Slator explained more about the tournament.

He said: "We're trying to replicate the physical competition that we have using some simulation software to allow people to compete remotely, both eSports members against physical competitors.

"We're using software that is accredited by our national governing body. It's got licensed UK tracks and licensed cars for the best possible representation of the physical activity."

During the lockdown, the military has turned to the eSports world for regular competition.

Forces motorsport has seen virtual races in both rally and Formula One, with the RAF crowning its first-ever F1 eSports champion last month.
