Army star India King signs for Harlequins as dual-registered player

Army Rugby Union player Private India King (RLC) is to join premiership side Harlequins for the Allianz block as a dual-registered player.
Pte King was named as Harlequins announced a wave of fresh players who will be joining the senior squad for the 2023/24 season.
She was a member of the Army squad who won the Inter Services championships this year, where she scored a try in the Army's dominant game against the Royal Air Force.
Dual registration means Pte King will be able to play and train with Harlequins and the Army in an agreement with both clubs.
Pte King will follow in the footsteps of other Armed Forces players who've gone on to play for Harlequins women, including RAF and Scottish international Flight Lieutenant Sarah Bonar, who currently plays for the team.
RAF and England star Flight Lieutenant Amy Cokayne also played for the Harlequins before she recently departed for Leicester Tigers for the 2023/24 season.
