RAF rugby union star Amy Cokayne has been named as vice-captain for England's Six Nations campaign.

It will be Cokayne's ninth Six Nations tournament and she has a great record, winning seven titles and six Grand Slams.

Cokayne will serve as vice-captain with Meg Jones picked as captain by head coach John Mitchell.

England will kick off their tournament against Ireland at the Allianz Stadium on 11 April.

Cokayne has been a major player for the Red Roses during her international career and it was capped off with a brilliant World Cup win on home soil in 2025. The team are hoping to make it eight Six Nations in a row with a triumph this year.
