Fascinating new documentary series that follows new recruits being trained to become pilots for easyJet.

The airline has launched a large drive to recruit more pilots from all walks of life, including a particular focus on hiring more female pilots. The programme follows the rookies as they take their first steps from the flight-school classroom, into the flight simulator, and finally flying with hundreds of paying passengers on board. Becoming a pilot involves dedication and determination - but does the reality live up to the recruits' dreams of flying high?
