UK and Belgian personnel and military representatives have paraded in London to mark the heroism of Belgian soldiers in the First World War.

A service of remembrance was also held at the Cenotaph to commemorate the sacrifice of Belgian armed forces during the world wars.

Defence Minister Jeremy Quin said: "The legacy of those who fell endures in the deep alliance between our nations."
