Army veterans sending old kit from Scotland to Ukraine

Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine has prompted British Army veterans to send old helmets, body armour, boots and medical supplies to the country under attack.

Former members of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders got together in Stirling, Scotland, to send off the kit they've been gathering for weeks.

The appeal was issued through the Argyll and Sutherland Highlander veteran community, and some of the veterans involved had spent time in Ukraine before the Russian offensive.
