Russia building 'dragon's teeth' anti-tank defences around Mariupol, MOD says

Russia has begun to build 'dragon's teeth' defensive structures around the occupied Ukrainian city of Mariupol, the Ministry of Defence says.
The pyramidal anti-tank structures have likely been installed between Mariupol and Nikolske village and from northern Mariupol to Staryi Krym village, the MOD added.
Mariupol is of key logistical importance as it forms part of Russia's land bridge to Crimea.

Dragon's teeth have also been sent to prepare defensive fortifications in occupied Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
In Kherson, Russian-appointed authorities say they are trying to partially restore power after what they called a Ukrainian "terrorist attack" on electricity lines.
Three power lines were damaged on Sunday, cutting off power and water lines in the southern city illegally annexed by Moscow in September.
The alleged attack happened on the Berislav-Kakhovka power line and Russian state media said the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station had also been damaged by Ukrainian strikes.
Ukrainian officials have not responded to the allegations.
