As Armed Forces Day approaches we have met the people who have chosen to play a part in Britain's military.
Among them is a former serviceman turned farmer who is now using his military experience in the reserves.
Jules Spears is an officer in the Royal Wessex Yeomanry, the Army Reserve and is a tenant farmer from Dorset.
